Our Approach: Empowering Youth Through MAGIC
AYDL’s approach is rooted in the Human Rights-Based Approach (HRBA), implemented through MAGIC—Meaningful, Autonomy, Growth, Impact, and Connect. We empower youth by fostering meaningful engagement, promoting autonomy and initiative, encouraging personal growth and community impact, and facilitating strong connections with others.
Partnerships
Building Collective Impact through Partnerships
AYDL emphasizes collaboration with like-minded youth-focused organizations to address complex issues affecting youth. By partnering with entities such as the Uganda Parliamentary Forum on Youth Affairs (UPFYA) and civil society groups, we advocate for improved government programs and services for young people.
